Keep the faith bro. and fight the good fight.
Were all here for you. With prayers and myself and others anything else we can do.
Keep your mind positive and do what you have to. Half the battle is in the mind at this stage. You know i know what i am talking about.
Let's keep the mind strong and lay the prayers on the altar.
And at the feet of Christ.
Where we know the one who heals in ways unknown to man.

A prayer that come to mind.
Lord Jesus let your virtue flow out to this my friend and all those who are afflicted, no matter in what manner the affliction is oh Lord. May your virture flow out to them and make them whole. In thy name I ask oh Lord.

Having a huge support group, like your family, friends, & forum friends, is step #1.
And as I said before: don't take 'no' for an answer from a doctor.
Be the informed, empowered patient. Take control. The doctors have to take care of lots of folks - you (and friends/family) are the one to focus solely on yourself.
